1 Set Up Your View

Navigate to the view you want to render. For best results:

Use 3D perspective view (not parallel projection)
Set visual style to Shaded or Wireframe
Hide annotation layers (dimensions, text, grids)

2 Export the Image

Use the EXPORTTOIMAGE command:

                    Command: EXPORTTOIMAGE

                    File format: PNG

                    Resolution: 1920x1080 or higher

Method 2: 3D Model Export

Export to OBJ

                Command: EXPORT

                File type: Wavefront OBJ (*.obj)

                Select objects: All

Optimizing Your AutoCAD Export

Camera Setup

Troubleshooting

Model Appears Distorted

Ensure you're using perspective view, not parallel projection. Use the PERSPECTIVE system variable set to 1.

Missing Elements

Check that all layers are visible. Use LAYON command to turn on all layers before export.

Low Resolution Export

Increase the export resolution in EXPORTTOIMAGE settings. Minimum recommended: 1920x1080.
